On August 16, the Forum of the primary trade union organizations «Republican Summer trade union camp» «Alakol-2018» was opened in the East Kazakhstan region in the “Alakol” resort zone.
This year FPRK conducted a number of major organizational and practical activities aimed at interaction with the primary trade union organizations. The past summer trade union camp “Alakol-2018” became one of the main events of the outgoing summer for the trade union system FPRK.
About 100 activists of the trade union movement got the newest knowledge in the summer camp among which were members of new branch trade union of health workers “Senim”, trade unions of education, culture, etc.
In the framework of the summer camp, the participants were the deputy chairman of the FPRK Yerlan Sairov, the chairman of the “Branch professional union of the health system workers”Senim” Saparbek Duisenov, the chairman of the TUTU of the East-Kazakhstan region Meyirkhan Tuleubayev.
According to Yerlan Sairov, FPRK comprehensively develops and improves the quality of the work of trade union organizations in Kazakhstan. “Workers of trade unions should be active and fully competent specialists. Active information work is the most important part of the activity of trade unions. In fact, it is an indispensable tool for solving statutory tasks, equal in importance to the traditional directions of trade union work. The information work should provide the member of the trade union with the maximum information necessary for it for a conscious trade union membership” -said the deputy chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the RK.
Deputy Akim of the East Kazakhstan region Asem Nusupova, head of the Department of State Labour Inspection Bakytbek Kizatov acted from representatives of the executive power.
As Asem Nusupova noted: “Trade unions remain the most important link in solving social and labor issues. The status and mood of workers, their social guarantees and protection depend on the activity of trade unions.”
Representatives of the scientific and applied sector shared their knowledge with the participants: Doctor PhD, associate professor of KazGUIU, Gen. Director of the LLP Academy of labour relations Bibigul Nurasheva, etc.
In the framework of summer camp “Alakol-2018” practical thematic trainings, carrying out of team and others activities took place.
Since the beginning of 2018, FPRK has intensified its emphasis on work and interaction with the primary trade union organizations which accumulate the whole range of problematic issues and expectations of the working class and the primary trade union movement.
During the last period of the current year the management of FPRK visited all regions of the country explaining the new policy of FPRK and the main directions of the implemented road map. Between January and July 2018, 139 meetings were held with the primary organizations of trade unions of which 24 meetings were held by the leadership of FPRK, 115 meetings held by the TUTU.
