The Federation of trade unions held a meeting of the presidential candidate Amangeldy Taspikhov, put forward by the decision of the General Council of the Federation of trade unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the chairmen of Kazakhstan branch trade unions, during which proposals for the formation of the election platform were announced.
The meeting was attended by the Chairman of branch trade Union of workers of agriculture, Deputy Chairman of the Federation of trade unions of Kazakhstan Yegor Kappel, the Chairman of branch trade Union of power engineers Orazbek Bcbas, the Chairman of branch trade Union of workers of rail, road, air and water transport Orazgali Akmatbaev, branch Chairman of the Union of oil and gas complex of Sultan Kaliev, Chairman of branch trade Union of workers in the public, banking institutions and public service Mirbolat Zhakupov, Chairman of the trade Union of information, communication and telecommunications workers Abylay Abishev.
The trade Union leaders, in particular, touched upon such topical issues as the increase of workers ‘ wages, observance of labor safety, as well as the intensification of the work of the production councils.
