In the city of Karaganda, the Memorandum of Mutual Cooperation was signed between the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the city administration of the Karaganda Region.
The document was signed by the Chairperson of the FPRK, Yeraly Tugzhanov, and Akim of the Karaganda Region, Zhenis Kasymbek.

The concern of trade unions is the fact that 81% of enterprises in the region are not covered by collective bargaining regulation, and the corresponding rights of workers are not protected. At the same time, the coverage of collective agreements in trade union organizations is 94.2%.

As Eraly Tugzhanov emphasized, in the Karaganda region during this period, 92 people were injured in production, 12 of them died.
