The Federation of trade unions held a nationwide challenge of gratitude “Еңбек адамдарына рақмет!” where the country’s trade unions tell about the work of representatives of difficult professions who daily risk their health for the safety of Kazakhstan’s citizens.
Acting Chairman of the Federation of trade unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan Satybaldy Dauletalin expressed special gratitude to health workers, police officers, journalists, energy workers, volunteers, janitors, as well as representatives of the economy and services sector for their tireless work for the benefit of our society.
“During this extremely difficult period, the entire country is United against the coronavirus and the unions are in this line. In a state of emergency, representatives of many sectors of the economy and services continue to work tirelessly, directly and remotely. Inspired by the work of these people, the unions held a challenge of gratitude “Еңбек адамдарына рақмет!” During these days, we told and showed the hard work of those who risk their health every day for us — said Satybaldy Dauletalin.
Noting the invaluable contribution of workers during the state of emergency, the Head of the FTURK called on Kazakhstani people to support them by observing strict discipline and all the rules of quarantine.
“Dear our medical workers, drivers, police officers, journalists, sellers, energy, social workers, volunteers, deliverers, janitors! Each of you is protecting us today. Your work in the current conditions is a FEAT! Low bow to you! Take care of yourself! We say thank YOU for your work. We are PROUD of You! I call on the people of Kazakhstan to support our friends, colleagues, brothers and sisters, whose work continues on the front line in this tense time for the sake of maintaining life, curbing the spread of infection, protecting our citizens and economy. Please stay at home! Observe the conditions of the quarantine! Only strict discipline and acceptance of all the rules will allow us to win the fight against COVID-19. We believe that solidarity and unity of all Kazakhstanis will help to overcome difficulties.
