In Karaganda, in the House of Trade Unions with the participation of Mukhtar Tinikeyev-the first Deputy Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a meeting of the working group in an expanded format was held, formed on the initiative of the Trade Union Center of the Karaganda region, the Trade Union of Coal Miners “Korgau” and representatives of mining collectives of the Coal Department of JSC “Arcelor Mittal Temirtau”.
The discussion of this issue was attended by: Bolat Zhumabekov-Chairman of the Trade Union Center of the Karaganda region, Sergey Dubchak-underground electrician of the Kazakhstanskaya mine, Zhanat Suleimenov-underground mining master of the Tentekskaya mine, Bibigul Tolegenova-Deputy Head of the Health Department of the Karaganda region, Bulat Alpyspaev – Deputy head of the Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of the Karaganda region, Noyan Bidaybayev — chairman of the Karaganda regional branch of the Branch Trade Union of Health Care Workers “SENIM”, Evgeny Buslaev – Chairman and Andrey Lukin – Chief technical inspector of labor of the Coal Miners ‘Union” Korgau”, Banu Tyulyubekova – representative of the branch of the Legal Clinic of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a professional pathologist, consultant in occupational medicine.
After heated discussions, Mukhtar Tinikeev, on the recommendation of Alexey Tsoi, Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the presence of all participants of the meeting, talked with Nurkan Sadvakasov, Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Sanitary and Epidemiological Control, and brought to the attention of the Ministry the problematic issues of the miners and suggested the necessary solutions.
For his part, Nurkan Sadvakasov assured the leadership of the Federation of Trade Unions and all participants that the Committee and the Ministry of Health will take the following steps to overcome the current situation:
During April-May of this year, amendments will be made to the Rules for Investigating Cases of infectious and parasitic diseases, occupational diseases and poisoning of the population.
Currently, in coordination with the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the issue of issuing sanitary and epidemiological characteristics of working conditions will be resolved in the coming days, this temporary scheme will be valid until the adoption of the main regulatory document.
The members of the working group noted the effectiveness of the meeting, where the most important thing is to determine specific deadlines for eliminating the resulting technical conflicts when canceling (losing) and approving new rules.
Today it should be noted that in addition to the listed organizations and departments, the Akimat of the Karaganda region and Arman Kozhakhmetov, a deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, took part in resolving this issue.
