The Federation of Trade Unions continues an online educational marathon aimed at improving the negotiation skills among trade union members. Today, trade union activists of the nuclear industry of the Aktobe region were trained.
Nurlan Uteshev, Deputy Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of Kazakhstan, highlighted that this event for training trade union activists is one of the key tasks set out in the Strategy of the Federation of Trade Unions “Justice and Development – together” for 2020-2025. “The main goal of the marathon of trade union education is to increase the legal literacy of such trade union workers as you,” said the Deputy Chairman of the Federation.
Timur Nugymanov, Director of the Department of Legal Support and International Cooperation of the Federation of Trade Unions, acquainted the participants of the seminar with the latest changes and additions to the labor legislation.
The seminar was continued by Deputy Director of the Department of Organizational and Personnel Work Lyazzat Eszhanova who told the participants about the experience of applying labor legislation.
Marina Ivanova, head of the branch of the FTURK Legal Clinic and the Center for Reconciliation of the Pavlodar region, explained the ways to resolve labor disputes, referring to the court decisions that have entered into force.
The seminar was conducted in the form of an open dialogue where participants received answers to their questions from the lecturers.
