Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan Satybaldy Dauletalin took part in the solemn event of the Kazakhstan Branch Trade Union of Education and Science Workers “Tauelsizdik – el tugyry” dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
During the event, the results of the activities of the trade union of education for the years of Independence were summed up, and the prospective tasks of the Trade Union of Education in the implementation of state policy on the protection of labor rights and interests of trade union members were determined.
In his welcoming speech, Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan Satybaldy Dauletalin noted the significant contribution of the Branch Trade Union of Education and Science Workers of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the protection of social and labor rights and interests of trade union members.
At the same time, he stressed the special role of the country’s trade unions in shaping the social policy of the state.
“The Federation of Trade Unions and its affiliated organizations, promoting the principles of social justice, representing the interests of workers and protecting their legitimate rights, has contributed to the development of our country, being the most massive public organization uniting in its ranks about 2 million workers from more than 16 thousand primary trade union organizations. The Federation of Trade Unions actively participated and will participate in the formation of a new Kazakhstan,” the Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan said.
Satybaldy Dauletalin focused on the priorities of the Federation of Trade Unions in the framework of the implementation of the Strategy of the FTURK “In unity to justice and development” for 2020-2025.
Deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ekaterina Smyshlyaeva addressed the audience with a congratulatory speech, which highlighted a number of important achievements in the field of protecting the rights of the pedagogical community. At the same time, she shared her opinion on the need to consolidate efforts in the implementation of new tasks of the education system dictated by the dictates of time.
The guests and participants of the solemn event were welcomed by the chairman of the Kazakhstan Branch Trade Union of Education and Science Workers Aigul Mukasheva.
“The branch trade union and its organizations took an active part in all the most important socio-political events of the country. Taking a principled position in matters of protecting the rights and interests of employees. The trade union, its many thousands of activists have always acted in a balanced manner, advocated the preservation of socio-economic stability in society,” said the chairman of the Branch Trade Union.
She expressed gratitude to veterans, social partners – the Ministry of Education and Science, representatives of state bodies and employers, the Federation of Trade Unions, as well as colleagues for the cohesion and unity in solving important issues of industry workers.
Within the framework of the solemn meeting, the chairman of the Committee for Quality Assurance in the Field of education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan G.Kubenova, veteran of the trade union movement M. Amantayeva, adviser to the chairman of the Almaty city local trade union “Ustaz” K.Nazarbetov, Chairman of the Pavlodar regional organization of the branch trade union of G.Naurazbayev.
The speakers expressed gratitude to the trade union leaders of the industry who participated in the development of the trade union movement of the country and noted the high achievements of the Branch Trade Union.
During the event, trade union leaders of the industry were awarded Certificates of Honor and badges of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Trade Union of the industry.
The awarding ceremony of the winners of the republican competition of the NGO “Kazakhstan Branch Professional Union of Education and Science workers” “The best video about the activities of the trade union” was also held.
According to the organizers, the purpose of the contest dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Kazakhstan’s Independence is to increase the role of the Trade Union in protecting the socio-economic, labor rights and professional interests of trade union members – workers in the education sector of the republic, as well as to increase the status of a teacher and motivate trade union membership.
