On Monday, March 30, in Aktobe, Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Satybaldy Dauletalin, met with Akim of Aktobe Region, Askhat Shakharov.
During the dialogue, the parties discussed key areas for the further development of social partnership in the region, emphasizing its importance as an effective tool for building constructive interaction between the government, employers, and employees.
Special attention was given to issues in the social and labor sphere, including increasing wages, ensuring safe working conditions, protecting workers’ rights, and strengthening the system of social guarantees for employees of enterprises.
The parties expressed their readiness to further strengthen cooperation aimed at improving the quality of life of workers and ensuring sustainable development of the region.
