September 12, 2018 in the House of Trade Unions, the first conference of the Karaganda regional branch of the Republican public association “Sectoral Professional Union of Health Care Workers” SENIM” was held.
Delegates of the trade union conference elected the members to the composition of the Council and the Audit Commission of the regional branch.
Noyan Bidaybayev, a well-known public health expert of the country, was elected chairman of the SENIM Karaganda regional branch. He was previously the director of the KGP «Regional Antituberculous Dispensary».
The conference was addressed by Saparbek Dyusenov, the chairman of the Republican Public Association “Sectoral Professional Union of Healthcare Workers «SENIM» and Bolat Zhumabekov, the chairman of the Trade Union Center of the Karaganda region.
Myltykbai Gazaliyev, chairman of the Karaganda regional branch of the Industrial Trade Union of Workers of State, Banking Institutions and Public Services, Kanat Naurzbaev, the director of the MEREY Clinic, Zhanat Iskakova, as the acting head of the Kabardino-Balkaria branch, took part in the conference. General Director of RSE for PHV “National Center of Occupational Health and Occupational Diseases”, Murat Taishikov – Director of KGP “Regional Maxillofacial Hospital”, Yerkin Kurmangaliev – KGP “Regional Center of Traumatology and Orthopedics named after Prof. H.Zh. Makanjanova “, Amanzhol Nurbekov – director of KGKP” Karaganda regional higher nursing college “, Saniya Burankulova – director of KGP” Polyclinic № 3 of Karaganda city “, Kairat Abdrakhmanov – director of KGP” Regional psychoneurological dispensary “, Maulen Kazhikenov – director of KGP” Polyclinic of Shakhtinsk city ” .
At the meeting of the Council of the regional branch in the presence of all delegates, members of the Executive Committee and deputy chairman of the regional branch of the SENIM trade union Bakhyt Dairbekova, who had previously worked in the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, were elected.
