5 April between the mayor of Aktobe region by Ursulines O. S., the General Director of LLP “Aktobe copper company” and LLP “copper technology” Bondarenko N.. Chairman TOP by Amirgaliev A. A. signed Memoranda of understanding with one of the largest city-forming enterprises of the region. The meeting was also attended by the President of JSC “Russian copper company” Levin V. V.
During the meeting, the report of the General Director of LLP “Aktobe copper company” and LLP “copper technologies” Bondarenko N. was heard.S. on the execution of the production program and Memorandum for 2018.
The meeting was held at the mining and processing plant LLP “Aktobe copper company” in Khromtau district, village Koktau.
The head of the region paid special attention to the prevention of reduction of production, preservation of jobs, timely payment and increase of wages.
In turn, the Chairman of the Top Amirgaliyev A. A. noted a very important fact that contributes to a stable social climate within the team – the presence of a trade Union organization, which has not yet been created at enterprises under various pretexts. In addition, the term of the collective agreement expired in 2017 and the new one was not concluded.
On this issue, the Top repeatedly sent written appeals, organized meetings with employees of enterprises, considered every case of injury at the last 3-party commissions.
As a result of today’s meeting, the Top proposed the signing of a collective agreement for the coming periods, which was supported by the parties. The work continues.
Today LLP “Aktobe copper company” is one of the largest companies in the region, specializes in the extraction and processing of copper and copper-zinc ores. It provides jobs for more than 1.6 thousand people.
