THE LEGALIZATION OF LABOR RELATIONS

According to the labor Inspection of Karaganda region, the most numerous facts of illegitimate labor relations (about 12% of the verified) are revealed in the environment of small and medium-sized businesses.

Taking into account this fact, the trade Union Center of the Karaganda region together with the Karaganda regional branch and the Local trade Union of the Kazakhstan branch trade Union of workers of small and medium business “YNTYMAQ” during the implementation of the Republican campaign “Sign an employment contract” by agreement with the owner was determined the next object of LLP “Bereke” one of the largest private businesses in the provision of warehouse storage services in refrigerators of large volumes and logistics operations of processing perishable food products in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Karaganda region.

During the campaign among the employees of the main production, and among the personnel of contractors were explained the basic requirements of labor legislation for employers and employees on the organization of the labor process and conditions to ensure labor protection and safety, as well as social protection measures provided by the Labor code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
