Today, the School of Trade Leadership was opened in Aktau. The opening of the school was initiated by the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Center for Social Interaction and Communications of JSC “Samruk-Kazyna” within the framework of the Memorandum signed on February 12, 2018.
Deputy Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerlan Sairov and Director General of the Center for Social Interaction and Communications Yerbol Ismailov took part in the opening ceremony.
The school of trade union leadership will work in the format of a flexible educational center and includes the development and implementation of training modules for trade union organizations in accordance with modern trends in the regulation of social and labor relations, financial and legal literacy. The School’s activities are aimed at developing the potential of trade union workers, increasing their positive influence in enterprises.
The school of trade union leadership was created for the long-term partnership of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Center for Social Interaction and Communications, with primary trade-union organizations, territorial and branch associations of trade unions.
Training consists of several modules. In particular, we are talking about trade union management, legal and financial literacy, mediation and modern methods of personnel management, tools for internal and external communication. Fifty members of trade unions will be trained at the first stage.
