In addition, the Republic of Kazakhstan has the necessary legal basis for the implementation of such a tool for resolving collective labor disputes as a strike. Conciliation commissions exercise their legal capacity at those stages when a collective labor dispute has already become a reality, and it is necessary to carry out activities for its settlement and resolution,” the speaker explained.
