Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan Satybaldy Dauletalin paid a working visit to Akmola region. The purpose of the trip is to get acquainted with the situation in the social and labor sphere, consider the development of social partnership and receive feedback from members of trade unions on the ground.
The first point of visit was the largest poultry farm in Central Asia – Makinsk Poultry Farm LLP. During the visit to the enterprise, the Head of the FPRK was accompanied by Chairman of the Branch Trade Union of Agricultural Workers Yegor Kappel, Chairman of the Territorial Association of Trade Unions of Akmola region Kali Rakhmetov, director of the poultry farm Rishat Raisov and employees of the poultry farm.
The company was founded 8 years ago, is the largest investment project with the involvement of funds from the Development Bank of Kazakhstan. Phased commissioning of production and technological capacities made it possible to produce up to 100 thousand tons of chilled poultry meat per year. Finished products are sold in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation, in the future it is planned to enter the markets of Azerbaijan, the UAE, China and other countries.
According to Director Rishat Raisov, the poultry farm uses the best modern technologies in the field of incubation, cultivation, slaughter and waste processing using technological equipment from world manufacturers, taking into account the standards of the Halal standard.
“The commissioning of three queues of the poultry farm became the basis for the creation of new jobs. Today, the company employs 1,891 people, the average salary is 402 thousand tenge,” said Rishat Raisov, Director of LLP.
Chairman of FPRK Satybaldy Dauletalin got acquainted with the activities of the poultry meat processing shop. 900 people work here in two shifts.
Discussing the state of social and labor relations at the enterprise, the parties spoke about the further development of social and partnership relations in the team. In particular, we were talking about the creation of a primary trade union organization at a poultry farm, there are prerequisites for this.
“Building harmonious relations between the employer and employees largely depends on the formation of social and partnership relations at the enterprise. Solving issues of ensuring safe working conditions and developing social guarantees for employees are the most important aspects for the entire labor collective. The association of employees into a trade union organization will be an effective step in the progressive development of social partnership,” said the Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In turn, Yegor Kappel, Chairman of the Branch Trade Union of Agricultural Workers, said that the branch trade union supports all the undertakings of poultry farm workers to unite into a primary trade union cell, the relevant partnerships are also developing with the administration of the enterprise.
