The Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan was optimistic about the decision of the judicial authorities on parole of Nurbek Kushakbayev.
As it is recorded on May 4 this year, the judicial authorities decided on parole of Amin Yeleusinov.
In 2017-2018, the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan repeatedly petitioned the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the legislation of our country on the issue of parole A. Aleysinov and N. Kushakbaev from places of detention.
Such steps receive a positive social response in society and contribute to the formation of a new legal culture, the creation of positive traditions of humane treatment of each citizen of our country.
