Today Baku hosts an international conference on the theme “Towards achieving the goals of sustainable development, promoting sustainable development and decent work”.
The international forum is held at the joint organization of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Azerbaijan, Confederation of Trade Unions of Azerbaijan, Nаtional Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) of Azerbaijan under the aegis of International Labour Organization (ILO).
The Secretary-General of the International Labour Organization, Guy Ryder, participates in the International Conference. High-level representatives of international organizations, individual countries, trade unions and employers ‘ organizations take part in the conference.
Kazakhstan at the forum presented by the Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Abdіrayim and the Chairman of the branch trade union of oil and gas complex Sultan Kaliyev.
The Conference held the work of the plenary session on “The desired future of work” and presentation of the candidacy of Baku City for Expo-2025.
