The School of Trade Leadership was opened in Astana

On 14th of June, the School of Trade Union Leadership was opened in Astana. The opening of the school was welcomed by the Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Bakhytzhan Abdirayim, and the Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC “Samruk-Kazyna” Alik Aidarbayev.

The School of Trade Union Leadership is a complex educational project aimed at forming a new professional format of trade union workers in Kazakhstan, created jointly by the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Center for Social Interaction and Communications under Samruk-Kazyna JSC. The School of Trade Leadership provides training for six training modules: “Trade union leadership: one step ahead”; “Financial management”; “Legal literacy and responsibility”; “Mediation and Conflict Management”; “Personnel Management”; “Effective communications.”

The Chairman of the NGO Local Trade Union Oil Refiner T. Vaskina, Chairman of the Trade Union Committee of TSES GRES-2 S. Galeeva, Chairman of the NGO Local Union of Workers of the South-Eastern Structural Units of JSC KazTransOil N. Pfeiffer took a part in training. They will have to pass the final exam so that to confirm the received skills with a certificate.
