In accordance to the objectives set by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev in the strategy “Kazakhstan-2050”, the programs “Plan of the nation-100 concrete steps”, “Rukhani Zhangyru” as well as with the memorandum of mutual Cooperation between The Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, at the site of the Trade union center of Karaganda region together with the Karaganda Regional Court opened the center of Reconciliation to provide the population of the complex Dispute and conflict resolution services. The opening ceremony was attended by Bolat Zhumabekov – Chairman of the Trade union center of the Karaganda region, Zhanna Seidalina – Chairman of the Board of Civil Affairs of the Karaganda Regional Court, Bakdaulet Nurpeisov – Head of The administrator of courts in Karaganda region, Tatiyana Savitskaya – Head of the center of Conciliation, member of the Mediation Council under the administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, international coach, practicing mediator, heads of territorial Structures of branch trade unions of the Karaganda region, the chairmen of the city and District trade union organizations of the educational and scientific system.
The main purpose of the opening of the center of Reconciliation is the comprehensive development of pre-trial settlement of the dispute, rendering the population a complex of services to resolve the conflict, including labour disputes.
Bolat Zhumabekov and Zhanna Seidalina in their speeches noted the development of the role of conciliation procedures as one of the technologies of alternative dispute management with the participation of the third neutral impartial non-interested party in the conflict which is very important in resolving conflict situations.
The center of Reconciliation has started working since August in pilot mode and already has some results – 90% of conflict situations are solved positively!
