The Federation of Trade Unions of Kazakhstan in the framework of the project “100 New Faces of Kazakhstan” has announced the competition on “Person of Labor: A new face of Kazakhstan” for workers of the trade union sphere who human history is an inspiring example for Kazakhstan people.
The main objective of the project “100 New Faces of Kazakhstan” is to promote the idea of diligence as the main factor, on the examples of specific stories of people who have made significant contributions to the development of Kazakhstan during the Years of Independence.
As the chairman of FPRK Bakytzhan Abdiraiym has pointed out: “The Federation fully supports the project “100 New Faces of Kazakhstan”. In general, the trade unions of Kazakhstan employ many personalities who have made significant contribution to the history of Kazakhstan’s independence.
FPRK will develop and implement this project in the name and in the interests of human labor: teachers, doctors, drivers, locksmiths, welders, builders, livestock breeders and mechanics.
Their activities are not always consecrated widely in the media, these people often did not receive awards for their daily hard work but their example has always inspired others, colleagues and the younger generation. The Federation may therefore nominate candidates for this national award. In our federation, there are about 2 million members of trade unions and among them, there are many worthy ones.
According to Ekaterina Smishlyaeva, the chairman of the Trade union center of Kostanay region, the project “100 New Faces” should be constantly developing and going forward permanently. «Optimism in society, striving for development, spiritual enrichment is the main novelty of this project. It depends on us all-from our activity. Last year we helped the doctors who provided free assistance to children in need. In addition, there are many such stories not only in the capital, but also in regional centers, cities, villages. We need to show them out. »
As the chairman of the Youth Council of «Keleshek» of the FPRK Tolegen Kunadilov noted that his Council can also present worthy candidates. «As you know, the aim of the Youth Council” Keleshek “is to protect the rights and legitimate interests of young people, to inform young people about their rights in the field of social and labour relations, education and training, to involve young people in the ranks Trade unions. That is why we have young people with active life position, with their views and beliefs on the events. »
According to the official website of the program Www.100esim.el.kz criteria for selection of candidates are:
– achievement of the candidate of the adult age (18 years);
– presence of bright achievements in sphere of activity, promoting positive image of the country, presence of personal qualities for the subsequent image promotion of the participant;
– socio-political and labor activity, which is a worthy role model, promoting moral education of youth in the spirit of patriotism and devotion to native land, formation of a cult of work;
– the person representing modern Kazakhstan, its successes and achievements in various spheres.
FPRK will hold regional contests through its territorial associations of trade unions to be nominated in FPRK.
