On September 7 in the building of the Territorial Union of Trade Unions “Trade union center of the North-Kazakhstan region” the solemn opening of the center of Reconciliation took place in which the Chairman of the North Kazakhstan regional Court Yerlan Aitzhanov took part, representatives of the Judicial Corps of the region, chairman of the Trade union center of the North-Kazakhstan region Eric Nurakayev, social partners and professional mediators, chairpersons of regional trade unions of education workers, state institutions, health, culture and sports, transport, postal communication, agriculture, Chairmen of trade union committees of large enterprises of the regional center, members of conciliation commissions. In the beginning of the event the chairman of the Territorial Union of Trade Unions “Trade union center of the North-Kazakhstan region” Eric Nurakayev noted in his welcoming speech that today Kazakhstan society is intensively increasing its potential in all spheres of life. Political, economic and social changes are becoming particularly noticeable. Intensive reforming of the state becomes a key task in the president’s programs: “Kazakhstan-2050”, “Rukhani Zhangyru”, five social initiatives of the head of state. The opening of the conciliation center is carried out in accordance with the memorandum on mutual cooperation between the North-Kazakhstan regional Court and the Trade union center NKR. The splendid opportunity on behalf of the Trade union center will facilitate prompt and comprehensive consideration of conflict situations, obtaining qualified legal assistance of specialists and, in general, ensuring stability in working groups. The Chairman of the North Kazakhstan regional Court Yerlan Aitzhanov who highlighted that this center is a favorable professional platform for lawyers, psychologists and urged representatives of these professions to unite in the matter of rendering legal assistance to citizens, as well as propaganda and development of mediation and conciliation procedures. Participants of the event expressed confidence that the result of the activities of the center of reconciliation will be a significant reduction of the level of conflict among the population, its legal culture, awareness of the mechanisms of pre-trial dispute settlement. The head of the mediation office of the North Kazakhstan regional Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan, the candidate of law sciences Gulbakhsha Musabayeva told about the development of mediation in the North-Kazakhstan region.
