On September 6, 2018 a conference of the branch of the Republican NRK”Branch Professional Union of health care workers “Senim” was held in the North-Kazakhstan region. The chairman of the “Branch Professional union of health system workers “Senim” Dyusenov S.S., chairman of the TUTU “Trade union center of NRK’’ Nurakayev E.E., head of the State Labour Inspection Department of the Akimat Pshenbayev K.S., deputies of regional, city maslikhats, veterans of medical service, conference delegates, social partners, heads of medical institutions attended the Conference.
The purpose of this conference is to elect the Chairman and the working bodies of the branch. The Chairman of the branch was unanimously elected Abilev Zh.M. -chief physician of UAG at PVC “№ 2 City polyclinic».
The strategy of the newly created Trade Union Association “Senim” is to increase responsibility in the regulation of labour relations, effective protection of socio-economic and labor rights and interests of health workers, development social partnership, improvement of organizational and financial work, increase of responsibility of trade union personnel, preparation of their reserve and active participation in social and political life of the country.
Trade unions are designed to protect the interests of health workers not only in labour disputes. Reform of the trade union movement including the improvement of the status of the health care worker through increasing wages and new forms introduction of salary system.
