On September 10, in the city of Aktau, a module of the School of Trade Union Leadership on the topic “Human Resources Management” was held. In this module, such issues as the role of the manager in managing the organization, modern approaches in personnel management and strategic planning were considered: preparation for the effective implementation of tasks. The teacher of the module was Aynur Amanzholova – HR Business Partner of Samruk-Kazyna JSC and a teacher at the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University. Chairmen of trade unions of Mangistau region took part in the module “Personnel management”. The module will be held in the period from 10 to 11 September this year.
