The issues of increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the state apparatus in modern conditions acquire special significance. One of the strategic tasks of the government is the gradual introduction of various methods of increasing effectiveness, as well as optimizing the work of state bodies.
Due to the fact that the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service and Anti-Corruption Activities in Kostanay region on September 11, 2018 at 3:00 pm, a round table was held on the topic “Modern approaches to optimizing the state apparatus”, where the chairman of the Kostanay regional branch ” Union of Workers of State, Banking Institutions and Public Services “Dosekenov А.М. and made a report “On the optimization of state bodies and social guarantees of civil servants”.
In his speech, A.D. Dosekenov. noted that optimization should take place at least without reducing the efficiency of work, and even better – with increasing. For this, it is necessary to think in advance and introduce new technologies for optimizing business processes in the management apparatus, taking into account the social guarantees of civil servants.
Proceeding from this, Dosekenov A.M. initiated relevant proposals on introducing changes and amendments to the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the civil service for further consideration by the competent authorities.
