On September 13, 2018 a round-table conference was held in Aktobe on the topic “As the scandal in the country increases, so the enemy increases out of the country” within the framework of the project “Reconciliation: before and at the trial” with the participation of Vice-Chairman of the Trade Union Centre of Aktobe region Zh. Akberegenov.
Representatives of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the President of the Social Entrepreneurship Development Fund ” Common development “, Honoured Scientist of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Law, Professor, Honorary Academician of NAS RK Esbergen Orazovich Alaukhanov, judges of Aktobe region, deputies of maslikhats, representatives of local executive bodies, cultural and scientific figures, representatives of organizations and more than 150 participants took part in the round-table conference.
At the meeting the participants of the event discussed the possibilities for the development of reconciliatory procedures. In particular, it was an algorithm for the use of reconciliatory procedures within the framework of the project “Reconciliation: before and at the trial”, the need to promote and popularize mediation, to explain the advantages and prospects of the newly established Reconciliation Centres in the country and to study the opinions of intellectuals.
Participants in the meeting expressed their readiness to support the initiatives of the Supreme Court to promote conciliatory procedures, as well as the importance of trade union work and its role in conciliatory procedures.
