On September 12 of this year, the XI Plenum of the Central Council of the Public Association “Kazakhstan Industrial Trade Union of Oil and Gas Complex” (hereinafter – KAZMUNAIGASPROF) was held in Astana. The participants of the trade union forum discussed the actual tasks of further modernization of the trade union, reviewed the amendments and additions to the Charter, decided to convene a congress and elected delegates to the 25th Congress of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The deputy chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions RK Mukhtar Tinikeev, heads of branches, affiliates, assets and employees of the Central Office of the branch association took part at the meeting of the Central Council.
The main issue on the agenda of the 11th Plenary Meeting was the discussion of the implementation of the Roadmap for the modernization of KAZMUNAIGASPROF for 2018-2019, aimed primarily at the solution of the most important task: strengthening the role of trade unions in creating an effective model of social and labor relations and consolidating trade union associations. Chairpersons of local trade unions took part in the discussion of the issue: LLP “Ozenmunayservice” Salamat Serikov, JSC “Karazhanbasmunai” Aitbai Kuzhukhov, JSC “Intergas Central Asia” Shalkar Mazhenakov, “Karachaganak Petroleum Operating b. v.” Mars Khairullin, deputy chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions Mukhtar Tinkeyev .
Khairzhan Takuov, the director of the department of organizational and personnel work of KAZMUNAIGASPROF, who informed the members of the Central Council about the main changes and additions to the Charter, taking into account the proposals of the members of the working group, local trade unions and forthcoming changes in the Charter of the Federation, made a proposal on the draft Charter with the proposed changes and additions from the working group. Trade unions of RK. The trade union forum agreed with the proposed amendments and additions to the Charter, instructed the Executive Committee and affiliates to organize a broad discussion of the draft document in primary organizations and among the trade union activists.
At a meeting of the Central Council, a decision was taken to convene the Fourth Congress on October 31, that year in Taraz, the agenda and the norm of representation were approved, and the procedure for electing delegates of the forthcoming trade-union forum of the branch association was determined.
The participants of the plenum unanimously elected delegates to the 25th Congress of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan and nominated from the KAZMUNAIGASPROF for the forthcoming congress the candidature of Bauytzhan Әbdirayym for election as the chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
At the XI Plenum of the Central Council, organizational issues were considered. Members of the Central Council were elected: Marat Temirkasov, chairman of the local trade union Oil Transport Corporationshen, Nurlan Khalelov, deputy chairman of the trade union committee of the local trade union organization of Karachagank Petroleum Operating BV, Gennady Frank, lawyer of the local trade union KIOS.
The members of the Central Council unanimously elected Maksat Rzakhanov, the chairman of the Mangistau regional branch and Saltanat Rakhimov, the chairman of the Atyrau regional branch of KAZMUNAIGASPROF, as deputy chairmen of the Kazakhstan branch trade union of the oil and gas complex concurrently.
At his own request, he was dismissed from the post of deputy chairman and removed from the composition of the Central Council and the Executive Committee of KAZMUNAIGASPROF – Sairan Kupbaev, who was awarded the medal “For merits in trade union” for his significant contribution and personal merits in the formation and development of the trade union. Traditionally, the ceremony of awarding the trade-union activists took place at the Plenum. Deputy Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mukhtar Tinekeev presented the Sign of the FTURK ” For merits in trade union” to Marat Akhmetbekov, the chairman of the Astana city branch, Tatyana Vaskina, the chairman of the local trade union “Oil refiner”, the chairman of the Pavlodar regional branch of KAZMUNAIGAPROF, the “Honor Certificate” of the FTURK Tatyana Gabbasova, trade union “KIOS”.
Nelli Pfeiffer, chairman of the local trade union of southeastern structural units of KazTransOil JSC, Maksat Rzakhanov and Saltanat Rakhimova, chairmen of Mangistau and Atyrau regional branches KAZMUNAIGAPROF were awarded Algys Khat of the Ministry of Energyof the RK. At this meeting the Central Council completed its work.
