On September 20, the regular meeting of the Aktobe Regional Tripartite Commission on Social Partnership and Regulation of Social and Labor Relations was held, where the agenda included consideration and selection of applicants for participation in the national competition on social responsibility of business “Paryz-2018”.
The trade union center of the Aktyubinsk region together with the social partners did a great job of organizing and making business entities participate in the competition. In 2018, 55 business entities submitted their applications to the Republican contest on social responsibility of business “Paryz” in the Aktyubinsk region.
In accordance with the Rules, the awarding of titles of laureates of the competition is held in the following nominations:
1) “The best socially responsible enterprise”. In this nomination, the activity of applicants implementing social programs aimed at supporting their own personnel, participating in the implementation of social projects of the region, social adaptation of people with disabilities and improving the welfare of society as a whole is considered.
2) “The best enterprise in the field of labor protection”. In this nomination, the activity of applicants creating working conditions that allow to preserve the health of workers in the course of work activity is considered.
3) “The best collective agreement”. In this nomination, collective agreements are considered that significantly improve and strengthen the labor and social rights of workers provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4) “For contribution to the environment”. In this nomination, the activities of applicants that have significantly distinguished themselves in the implementation of environmental programs aimed at improving the state of the environment are reviewed.
As a result of the meeting of the regional tripartite commission, all applications will be sent to the republican commission.
