Business trips of Akim of Akmola region to Atbasar, Yesil, Zhaksy and Zharka districts were held.

Thanks to his participation in all regions, employers and regional leaders were asked about the activities of trade unions, about the need to conclude effective collective agreements, while emphasizing the representation of the rights of workers by the trade union, since the existence of the trade union is a guarantee of observance of labor rights, the granting of an additional employee benefits, reducing the risks of corruption and informal labor relations.
Among the enterprises visited, the enterprises where the trade union operates were unequivocally related to the number of socially oriented enterprises.
For example, in the Atbasar electromotive reparing plant, trade union committee works, there is a collective agreement, when visiting the chairman of the trade union committee accompanied the head, was aware of all issues. M.Murzalin, akim of the region, noted the interaction of the employer and the leader of the trade unions and expressed the wish to create such trade unions in all enterprises of the real sector of the economy, since labor productivity is directly related to working conditions, additional guarantees and moral and psychological climate in the team.
In all regions, the question was raised about the activities of trade unions, the need to assist in the development of trade union movement both from the executive bodies and from employers. One of the largest agricultural enterprises in the Zhaksy district LLP “PMC” decided to create a trade union, the total number of employees reaches 1200 people.
