In honor of Labor Day according to the Plan of TATU “Trade Union Center of the City of Almaty”, the team of JSC “AlPS” congratulated Oleg Pekuschev, the foreman on the valve repair part of the PRC “Energoremont” with a victory in the Asia Championship of bench press, held in Dubai (United Arab Emirates ) September 18-24, 2018. High skill and excellent technique helped Oleg to reach the highest level of a sports pedestal, having shown the best result among veterans in the age group from 40 to 50 years in the weight category from 66 to 74 kg, taking a weight of 160 kg and having outperformed the nearest opponent by 17.5 kg. – I have been working in JSC “AlPS” since 2012. I am engaged in professional sports. I graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Sport and Tourism in 2000. I also have a second degree in automotive engineering. The candidate for the master of sports in Greco-Roman wrestling, – shared Oleg Pekuschev. – This year the International Armwrestling Federation invited me to take part in the Asian Championship. This trip took place thanks to the support of the trade union committee of JSC “AlPS”, in particular Syrymbet Turozhanov and Valery Sitdikov. Thanks to my team of the trade union of the city of Almaty for believing in me.
