Every year the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan holds the republican competition “The Best Teacher” among teachers. The aim of the competition is to identify, support and encourage advanced teachers, spread pedagogical experience and increase the prestige of the teacher’s work.
The names of the 64 best teachers of the country were announced in Astana on October 2, 2018 at a solemn ceremony dedicated to the Day of the Teacher, with the participation of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerlan Sagadiyev. The winner of the republican contest Balapanova Kundyz Serikovna was awarded the badge “Exemplary Educator – 2018” and the Certificate in the amount of 2 million 405 thousand tenge.
Kundyz Serikovna for many years is the chairman of the primary organization of MPUI “Gymnasium №92”, a member of the Executive Committee of the Branch “Kazybekbi district trade union committee of education workers” and a member of the Plenum of the regional trade union of education and science. Thanks to the leadership qualities of Kundyz Serikovna, the primary organization was the winner of the republican trade union competition “The Best Primary Organization”, the winner of the republican competition “Paryz” “The Best Collective Agreement”.
Balapanova Kundyz Serikovna is highly qualified, creatively working teacher, master of pedagogical work, is a member of the Republican expert group at the National Testing Center, Republican Scientific and Methodological Council, Republican Commission on Examination of Teaching Aids, Republican Appeal Commission of the National Testing Center, a participant in international, republican seminars at NTC for the preparation and examination of test tasks in biology.
Winner of the akim award of the Karaganda region in the field of education in the nomination “The best teacher of innovative educational organizations.”
Since 2016, Chairman of the Association of Teachers of Biology and Chemistry of the Karaganda Region, trainer for the program of advanced training for teachers of biology and natural science as part of updating the content of the secondary education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Center for Teaching Skills of the Karaganda Region, teacher of the Autumn School of Pedagogical Skills of Biology Teachers in the Karaganda Region Training Center.
Author of teaching aids for teachers and articles in the international and republican press.
Every year, students of Kundyz Serikovna are winners and prize-winners of city, regional, republican and international subject biology olympiads.
For achievements and personal contribution to the development of the education system, she was awarded diplomas of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Testing Center, akim of the region of the Karaganda region, the Education Department of the Karaganda region, the Letter of Gratitude to the Committee on Education Control of the Republic of Kazakhstan. And deservedly became the winner of the republican contest “The best teacher-2018”.
