On February 11, 2019, at the first meeting of the coordinating Council of trade unions of the capital, the digital platform “Smart-trade Union” was presented, the purpose of which is to coordinate and support the activities of trade unions in electronic format.
This will improve the efficiency of trade unions, ensure openness, simplify the procedure of joining the trade Union ranks and increase loyalty to the trade unions of the capital.
Within the framework of this project, an electronic trade Union ticket is created, which has the ability to connect to the bonus system “Yuwert IT”.
Also at the meeting, the work Plan of the trade Union center of Astana for 2019 was adopted, the issues of training seminars of the city’s professional asset on the basis of the training Center of the FPRK and the organization of collective agreements and the creation of production councils for Biot at enterprises and organizations of Astana were discussed.
A separate block of trade Union bodies of the city offered to pay attention to the organizational strengthening of trade Union organizations. The stronger the trade Union organization, the greater their ability to protect labor and socio – economic rights and interests of workers, ensure compliance with labor legislation.
The relevant resolutions of the coordinating Council were adopted on the issues discussed.
