The work of the FPRK echoes the initiatives of the Head of state, where the importance is attached to the social support of working mothers with many children and single mothers.
In the light of the social initiatives of the Leader of the Nation, in the spectrum of special attention of the Federation of trade unions is the assistance provided by the primary trade Union organizations to mothers with many children-workers.
The experience of the sanatorium “Zhanakorgan” in Kyzylorda region, which in February this year decided to pay an annual double minimum wage to mothers with many children and single mothers, became an indicator of the high social responsibility of the employer and the performance of their tasks by trade unions. In addition, working women of the sanatorium will receive a one-time payment in the amount of the minimum wage in connection with the birth of a child.
As part of the continuation of this work, the Federation of trade unions together with the leadership of the Eurasian national University named After L. N. Gumilyov University supported 12 mothers with many children – including teachers and employees of the technical staff of the institution.
On the eve of International women’s day on 8 March, the Vice-Chairman of the FPRK Mukhtar Tinikeev presented the women with certificates for a Spa treatment in sanatoriums “Merke” and “the village”.
The University will provide support in the form of financing of transport costs for the trip to the sanatorium.
Large young employees were pleasantly surprised by the attention, care of the Union and the employer on the eve of the holiday.
In the future, social support activities for mothers will be continued in other organizations and enterprises.
