On the initiative of the primary trade Union organization of the company, negotiations were held between employees and employers with the participation of the trade Union center of Aktobe region, Deputy akim of the region, head of the Labor inspection Department. Also, a meeting with the Governor of the region was organized for the prompt resolution of the issue.
