On April 8, 2019, the 1st day of the Republican youth Forum of communication and communication enterprises “Formation of the personnel reserve as the basis for the development of trade Union activity of the industry”started in Kostanay. The welcoming speech was made by the Chairman of the NGO “Branch trade Union of postal workers” Abishev Abylai gapurovich:
— The future has always been for young people, our main task is to create continuity in the teams of enterprises, to create conditions for the systematic and professional growth of young professionals, — A. Abishev spoke.
— I am glad to welcome the participants of the Republican Forum, which is not accidental in the territory of Kostanay region. Youth policy of the region has always been different and was one of the best. Today our task is to improve the efficiency of trade Union organizations in enterprises, to strengthen measures of social support for young professionals, including through the rules of collective agreements, — the Chairman of the TOP “trade Union center of Kostanay region” E. smyshlyaeva made a welcoming speech.
On the first day of the Forum there were master classes on project management, legal literacy and organization of work with the team.
