Today there was a meeting of the staff of KSU “Kogamdyk Kelisim” on the establishment of the primary trade Union organization. At this meeting took part and explained about the role and place of trade unions in civil society Deputy Chairman of the industrial trade Union of workers in the public, banking institutions and public services Maksut Dospayev and Chairman of the city branch Tolegen Kandilov.
As a result of the work, employees of KSU “Kogamdyk Kelisim” unanimously decided to create a primary trade Union organization, which became the primary organization in the city branch of the branch trade Union of employees of state, banking institutions and public services. The Chairman of the trade Union Committee elected Smagulova Dinara Serganova.
The Director of this institution Nuraly Aidashev noted that today’s trade unions actually show the society how it is possible to achieve a real improvement in the quality of working life of workers through social partnership mechanisms, where the criterion of the quality of working life includes such basic concepts as the average length of the working day and leave, the further development of safe working conditions, gender equality and much more.
