The all-China Federation of trade unions, together with the China scholarship Council, have established a silk road scholarship for Chinese trade unions (hereinafter referred to as CTUSRS) to strengthen friendship between the trade unions of China and the countries along the belt and road.
CTUSRS will support fellows to study Chinese for one year(2019-2020)at Beijing University of language and culture majoring in Chinese with a full scholarship that covers tuition, accommodation, comprehensive insurance and a one-time international round-trip ticket. Anyone who has completed the first year of study and meets the academic requirements is eligible to apply for the second year of study (2020-2021).

Requirement to candidates:
— Citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the age of 45;
— have a normal state of health (have med.certificate on the form of physical examination of a foreigner);
— holder of the certificate of secondary education;
— has at least one year of experience and preferably experience in China-related matters;
— previously, he was not a winner of the Chinese government scholarship.
The following documents should be submitted for nomination by FPRK:
