On July 10, this year in the akimat of North Kazakhstan region under the chairmanship of akim Aksakalov Ki held a meeting of the interdepartmental group to increase incomes. Akim of the region Aksakalov K. I. outlined the task for the heads of industrial enterprises of the region to increase wages by 10-15% to employees, in the framework of the implementation of priority areas to increase incomes and ensure decent wages for workers, designated at the official ceremony of inauguration of the President of Kazakhstan Tokayev K. K.
The Chairman of the trade Union center of SKO Nurakaev E. E. made a proposal to support the initiative of the trade Union of JSC “Kazzinc” East Kazakhstan region to increase wages of employees of mining and metallurgical industry and increase by an average of 10-15% of wages to employees of enterprises of machine-building industry of the city of Petropavlovsk: S. Kirova, JSC “PZTM”, JSC “Munaymash”, LLP “Isolit”, LLP “Block”, etc.
The initiative of trade unions was approved by the Governor of the region. At the same time, K. I. Aksakalov instructed the state labour Inspectorate and trade unions to carry out additional information work among employers to increase the incomes of the population and to strengthen joint control over the content of collective agreements with specific measures of social support for workers, including wage increases.
