UNION AWARD OF THE YELBASY

In the late 1980s, on the wave of rebuilding and, as it was said at the time, the process of de-politicization and de-corruption of state bodies and institutions, the army and law enforcement agencies began. Moreover, in trade unions began processes of disunity and their weakening.

When our country gained sovereignty and then independence, in the early 90’s, a primary trade union organization was established in the new Office of the President with the support of Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev. This is at a time when both party and trade union committees have been dissolved in all central state bodies.

Since then, the Head of State has taken care of the normal activities of the trade union committee. Often his assignments on internal hardware issues he prompted to implement it through the trade union line, thereby maintaining the authority of the public organization. The leadership of the trade union committee of the Presidential Administration, feeling such support, tried not to let down the President and even more actively carried out its work in the team.

Taking into account the unique role of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the fate of the country’s trade unions, the Presidency of the Central Committee of the Industry Union of Public Employees, having established its highest trade union award, decided:

“For a huge contribution to the development of the trade union movement, assistance in the creation and preservation of the primary trade union organization of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the strengthening of the branch trade union of public servants and in connection with the Professional Holiday – Day of the Public Servant to award the Medal of the Public Association “Industry Union of Employees of State, Banking and Public Service” “Kasipodak kairatkeri” №001 NAZARBAYEV Nursultan Abishevich – First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Yelbasy.”

The trade union award was given to the Head of the Office of the First President – Yelbasy Mahmoud Kasymbekov.
