In the Aktobe region, a regular meeting of the Headquarters on ensuring socio-political stability and the prevention of social and labor conflicts was held, where the Chairman of the Trade Union Center of the Aktobe region A. Amirgaliev took part.
Also, representatives of the prosecutor’s office, private enforcement agents, as well as employees of enterprises who did not receive wages, took part in the work of the Anti-Crisis Headquarters.
The meeting addressed the issue of enforcing labor legislation regarding timely payment of wages and avoiding labor conflicts, where the reports of heads of 4 enterprises that made current wage arrears were heard: ТОО «Аско Экспо Центр», ТОО «Актюбинская мемельная компания», ТОО «НТ Нұрлы Мұнай», ТОО «Ақжол LTD» The managers of the enterprises were instructed to provide repayment schedules for existing wage arrears indicating the real sources of financing.
Employees of the companies were able to directly ask questions to employees of the prosecutor’s office, DGD of the region, to receive legal advice.
In turn, the Chairman of the Trade Union Center informed the Headquarters members about the current trade union work, as well as about the plans for the event to prevent labor conflicts.
