The service “Smart Kasipodaq Yntymaq” is a digital platform whose purpose is to coordinate and support the activities of trade union organizations in protecting and representing the rights and interests of workers.
The application was developed by Transtelecom JSC in conjunction with the Kazakhstan branch professional union of small and medium business workers Yntymaq. There are no analogues of this service in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Using the “Smart Kasipodaq Yntymaq” platform, members of trade union organizations will be able to track the work of their trade union organization, receive online legal assistance – assistance with labor laws, assistance in resolving labor conflicts, apply for material assistance, submit proposals to the draft collective agreement and much more .
Thanks to the system, any member of the union, having only a smartphone, can receive comprehensive information or assistance on labor laws, submit an Application for material assistance, make an offer to the draft collective agreement.
