Federation of trade unions of the Kazakhstan started the search for the relatives of Kazakhstan soldiers died in the great patriotic war

Іn the city of Nur-Sultan, the Corporate Fund of the FPRK “Kazakhstan Enbek Adamy” (“KEA”) under the Youth Council of the Federation of Trade Unions “Keleshek” signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the International Fund for the Support of Socio-Economic Cooperation “Eurasian Dialogue”.

The document was signed by the director of the Corporate Fund, Dariya Khamizhanova, and the Chairman of the International Fund “Eurasian Dialogue” Aizhan Tuzelbekova.

The memorandum provides for cooperation in the implementation of the “Memory Watch” project to search for relatives of Kazakhstani soldiers who disappeared during the Great Patriotic War.

According to participants, in the city of Ivanovo, which is located 300 km from Moscow, burial sites of 108 Kazakhstani soldiers were found. To date, it has been possible to find relatives of two soldiers in the Aktobe and Pavlodar regions.

Noting the heroic deed of the soldiers of the Great Patriotic War, the participants of the Memorandum expressed the opinion that joint work within the framework of the patriotic action will contribute to preserving the memory of these important pages of history.

Lists with the names of the buried Kazakhstanis will be distributed through affiliates, in print media, as well as on the FPRK’s Internet resources.

The trade unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the International Fund for the Support of Socio-Economic Cooperation “Eurasian Dialogue” plan to hold a number of events in Kazakhstan and Russia in honor of the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
