The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev has signed a decree appointing Yeraly Tugzhanov to the position of Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
“To appoint Tugzhanov Yeraly Lukpanovich as deputy prime minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan,” the text of the Decree says.
The candidacy of Yeraly Tugzhanov was approved by the deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Tugzhanov Yeraly Lukpanovich was born on May 13, 1963 in the village of Shagatay of the Ural region. In 1988, he has graduated from Karaganda State University. Qualification “Lawyer”, specialty “Jurisprudence”. In 1994, he has graduated from the Institute of State and Law of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
