The Eurasian Resources Group has decided to increase the salaries of employees of Kazakhstani enterprises. Starting from July 1, 2021, the salaries of Eurasians will grow by 8-10%.

As Alexander Mashkevich, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ERG, noted, the difficult period of the COVID-19 pandemic was sustained, all this time they continued to work as a single team, fulfilled the plan: “The groups clearly fulfilled all social obligations to the staff. Because our employees, their health is above all for us. We planned that the next salary increase would occur in early 2022. The Group’s Board of Directors decided to raise the salaries of employees of our production enterprises six months earlier.”

Today, ERG is a third of the mining and metallurgical complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan, one of the key suppliers of electricity and a major railway operator in Central Asia.
