More than 100 representatives of trade union public associations of Pavlodar region took part in a dialogue platform on topical issues of the application of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The territorial Association of Trade Unions of the Pavlodar region held a dialogue platform “Topical issues of the application of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan” with the participation of the expert of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ainur Kuanyshbekovna Nadirova- Candidate of Legal Sciences, Ph.D., member of the Association of the International Organization of Labor and Labor Relations at the UN International Labor Organization (Geneva) International Labor and Employment Relations Association (ILERA), Professor of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences of the Russian Federation (RANS RF), member of KazBar (Republican Public Association “College of Commercial Lawyers “Kazakhstan Bar Association”), trainer of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, associate Professor of KAZGUU named after M.S. Narikbayev (M. Narikbayev KAZGUU University), author of more than 70 textbooks and scientific articles, participant of working groups to discuss amendments and additions to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Recognizing the important role of training and continuous professional development of trade union personnel on the application of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the purpose of timely and highly qualified protection of labor rights and interests of employees, the Territorial Association of Trade Unions of Pavlodar region invited the chairmen of branches of branch and local trade union public associations, primary trade union public associations, members of trade union activists to participate in the dialogue platform, members of conciliation commissions for the consideration of individual labor disputes, technical inspectors for labor protection, with the invitation of social partners – heads of enterprises and structural divisions.
The speaker of the dialogue platform gave detailed explanations of the application of the glossary on labor law, the norms of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basic rights and obligations of an employee and employer, on the procedure for concluding an employment contract and its difference from other types of contracts, on labor relations, working time and rest time, rationing and remuneration, material liability of the parties to an employment contract, the specifics of regulating the labor of employees who are
on remote work, the procedure for concluding a collective agreement, on the procedure for consideration of individual labor disputes by conciliation commissions.
The scientific presentation of the material by the speaker, the construction of the presentation format on concrete practical examples, a detailed accessible explanation of the norms of labor legislation was of great practical importance for the subsequent application of the acquired knowledge in trade union activities.
In the second part of the dialogue platform, participants were given the opportunity to ask practical questions and receive highly qualified answers from the speaker.
