An employee of the Pavlodar Machine-building Plant, Vitaly Isaev, submitted documents for enrollment in the students of the Pavlodar College of Non-Ferrous Metallurgy at the Faculty of Metallurgy of Non-ferrous Metals, at the end of which he will receive the profession of “Metallurgist Technique”.
He shared this news with the chairman of the Territorial Association of Trade Unions of Pavlodar region Dinara Aitzhanova.
“Dreams come true, I know it for sure now! I thank the management of the plant, the primary trade union organization and personally the Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan Dauletalin Satybaldy Telagysovich for helping me achieve my cherished dream. I couldn’t even dream of getting a paid education, because I have to take care of my family and teach children. I love my profession, I will try to study well in order to make my labor contribution to the prosperity of Kazakhstan at a new professional level,” Vitaly Isaev says with gratitude.
The issue of his training was resolved with the direct assistance of the chairman of the FTURK Satybalda Dauletalin, who during a working visit to the Pavlodar region, met with the labor collective of the Pavlodar Machine-building Plant and personally talked with the employees of the enterprise. During this fateful meeting, Vitaly Isaev turned to Satybaldy Dauletalin with a question about assistance in obtaining special education and obtaining an engineer’s specialty. The employee himself could not afford to enroll in paid training.
The decision was not long in coming, with the assistance of the Chairman of the FTURK, the Branch Mining and Metallurgical Trade Union “Kazprofmetall” and the plant management jointly volunteered to pay for the training of an electric welder.
