Within the framework of the Solidarity Forum of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Unity. Justice. Development”, dedicated to the celebration of the Day of Trade Unions, a solemn ceremony of awarding veterans, distinguished trade union activists, as well as the winners of the media contest “Enbek Adamyn Ulyktau” and the contests “The Best technical inspector” and “The Best sanatorium” took place.
In his congratulatory speech, the Chairman of the FTURK Satybaldy Dauletalin noted that the achievements of the Federation of Trade Unions, which is the most popular public organization, are associated with the high professionalism of its members.
“Today, trade unions have the expert and organizational potential to fully participate in solving urgent problems in the social and labor sphere of the country. In their activities, trade unions firmly adhere to the principles of unity, justice, respect for the Person of work, which are specified in the Strategy of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan “In unity for justice and development”, – stressed Satybaldy Dauletalin.
During the event, video greetings were delivered by the Director of the ILO Workers’ Affairs Bureau (ACTRAV) Maria Helena Andre, Chief Specialist on the activities of ILO workers Sergeyus Glovackas and heads of national trade union centers – members of the Council of Trade Unions of Central Asian Countries.
The contribution of veterans and trade union activists to the development of the trade union movement was marked by trade union awards. The ceremony was also attended by veterans of the trade union movement, who stood at the origins of the formation of the trade union movement of the country. The former chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions Siyazbek Mukashev was awarded the highest award of the FTURK – the Kasipodak Danki pendant for outstanding achievements in the formation of trade unions of independent Kazakhstan and a high contribution to the activities of trade unions. Siyazbek Onerbekovich devoted 30 years of his life to trade union activity, of which he headed the Federation of Trade Unions for 21 years.
“Trade unions have always been and will be. Thanks to people like you who put their hearts into protecting the interests of workers,” the veteran said.
For his contribution to the formation, strengthening of unity and development of the trade union movement, the medal “Kazakhstan kasipodaktar kozgalysyna sinirgen enbegi ushin” (For services to the trade union movement of Kazakhstan) was awarded to a veteran of the trade union movement, who for 28 years continuously managed the hotel complex “Akmola Tourist” Zhukov Vladimir Romanovich.
During the ceremony, the winners of the contests “The Best technical Inspector of 2021”, “The Best sanatorium” and the media contest “Enbek Adamyn ulyktau” were also honored.
In the nomination “The best journalist”, the senior correspondent of IA won “Baq.kz” Gulzhan Ramankulova, Diana Orazalina, Chief Specialist of the branch of the Branch Trade Union of Education and Science Workers of the Ulytau region, was recognized as the “Best information partner of trade unions”. The winner in the nomination “Best photo lens” was a student of the West Kazakhstan University named after Utemisova Ibrahim Elzhasov. The winner in the nomination “The best information resource” was announced by the chief specialist on youth issues of the Professional Center of the Karaganda region Aimira Bagramova. In the nomination “The best press service”, the chief expert of the Professional Center of the Kyzylorda region, Mayra Boranbayeva, was awarded. The Internet portal is recognized as the best information partner among the republican mass media – “Кazpravda.kz “, which was presented at the forum by the publishing editor Bagdat Khasenova.
In addition, the Forum concluded the contest “The Best Technical Inspector-2021”, organized in order to increase the effectiveness of public control over the state of safety and labor protection, strengthen the authority and role of technical labor inspectors. The competition was won by 9 trade union organizations of the country.
By the decision of the competition commission of the Federation of Trade Unions, the winners of the contest “The Best Technical Inspector of 2021” were determined by the technical inspector of Zhanakorgan Agrarian and Technical College of Kyzylorda region Nurtugan Asanov, senior technical inspector for labor protection of Ekibastuz GRES-1 LLP named after Bolat Nurzhanov Bolat Bekenov, a leading specialist in energy management of Atyrau Oil Pipeline Management of KazTransOil JSC Denis Beloglazov, technical inspector for labor protection of the Krugloozersky Center for Special Social Services of the West Kazakhstan regional branch Berkingali Dauletov, technical inspector for labor protection of JSC “Aktobe Chrome Compounds Plant” Sungat Isentaev, technical inspector for labor protection of the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bolatzhan Rakysh, technical inspector for labor protection of JSC “Carcement” Nazilya Yakimova, technical inspector for Zhalgas Ibatayev, Technical inspector for labor Protection of Kazzinc LLP, unfortunately, due to the state of health, Kanat Kashkymbayev, is a member of the Kyzylorda Trunk branch of JSC NC “Kazakhstan Railway”.
For the first time, by the decision of the Executive Committee of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, competitions “The Best sanatorium” and “The Best sanatorium worker” were held this year.
8 sanatoriums took part in the competition, the evaluation took into account the results achieved in providing quality services to customers, ensuring safety, and implementing highly effective management methods.
According to the decision of the competition commission, the title of “Best sanatorium worker” was awarded to the senior nurse of the sanatorium “Moyyldy” Meiramgul Serikbayeva, the head of the laundry of JSC “Sanatorium Merke” Aiman Aldabergenova, the director of the power supply unit of JSC “Akzhayyk SPA” Lazzat Duysengalieva, the director of the service unit of JSC “Sanatorium Akzhayyk” Rimma Agniazova.
In the nomination “The best sanatorium of 2021” the winner was the sanatorium “Mankent”, the second place was taken by the sanatorium “Zhanakorgan”, the third place was awarded to the sanatorium “Koktem”.
