As part of the campaign “How do you live, primary?”, Deputy Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurlan Uteshev met with the staff of the KSU “Ardagerler uyi” Department of Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the Turkestan region.”
The online meeting was attended by the chairman of the Professional Center of Turkestan region Berdigali Omirali, chairman of the Branch Trade Union “Kyzmet” Mirbolat Zhakypov, Chairman of the Turkestan regional branch of “Kyzmet” Kuldar Yesebayeva, director of the KSU “Ardagerler uyi” Department of Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the Turkestan region” Imanaly Amangeldiyev and chairman of the primary trade union organization Gulmira Matkarimova and members of the trade union.
The participants of the meeting were greeted by the chairman of the Trade Union Center of Turkestan region Berdigali Omirali, who noted the effectiveness of the republican action in identifying and solving topical issues of labor collectives.
In turn, the director of the KSU “Ardagerler uyi” Imanaly Amangeldiev said that today 82 employees work in the collective and all of them are members of the trade union.
The institution fully ensures compliance with the protection of socio-economic rights and interests of employees. Various collective events are regularly held as part of the development of the cohesion of trade union members. In addition, he noted the problem of low salaries of technical personnel and, given this situation, asked for support in resolving this issue.
The chairman of the Turkestan regional branch of the Branch Trade Union “Kyzmet” who spoke at the meeting Kuldar Yesebayeva said that, thanks to the coordinated work together with the primary trade union organization, there were no labor disputes in the collective.
Also, during the meeting, after hearing questions from members of the trade union, the chairman of the Branch Trade Union of employees of state, banking institutions and public services “Kyzmet” Mirbolat Zhakypov assured that the Branch Trade Union will provide all possible support in solving the voiced problems.
He also told the participants about the measures taken by the Branch Trade Union to improve the socio-economic situation of workers.
Summing up, Deputy Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurlan Uteshev noted that following the results of the meetings, rational proposals will be developed to solve the problems of the labor collective, which in the future will be sent for consideration by social partners.
“On the part of the Federation of Trade Unions, we will consider and work out the most acceptable solutions, and I think we will find a positive solution within the framework of social partnership,” the Deputy Chairman of the FTURK assured.
