Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan Satybaldy Dauletalin took part in the awarding ceremony of the winners of the republican contest “Enbek Zholy” and veterans of labor.
This year, more than 500 employees participated in the competition, which consists of three nominations: “The best labor dynasty”, “The best mentor of working youth”, “The best young worker of production”.
The winners of the competition in the nomination “The best young worker of production” received awards from the hands of the Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions. The winner of the first place in this nomination was Nauryzbek Daken from Pavlodar region. Sultan Auken from Almaty region was awarded the second place. Nurkasym Baishuakov from Akmola region took third place.
In the nomination “The Best Labor Dynasty”, the Tukubayev dynasty from the Abai region was recognized as the winner. The second place went to the Kovalev dynasty from the East Kazakhstan region, and the Bekmaganbetov dynasty from the Ulytau region was on the third line.
Lyudmila Khvostova from Almaty was recognized as the best mentor of working youth, Ergazy Turlybekov from Karaganda region and Zhumabai Abdulov from Atyrau region took the second and third places.
The best young workers of the production were: Nauryzbek Daken from Pavlodar region (1st place), Sultan Auken from Almaty region (2nd place) and Nurkasym Baishuakov from Akmola region (3rd place).
The Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of Kazakhstan Tamara Duissenova presented the medals “Enbek ardageri” to veterans of labor Zhanargul Magulova, Kabdulman Imambekov and Kunumbala Bayakhmetbaeva.
The participants of the ceremony emphasized the special contribution of workers to the development of the state and expressed gratitude to the winners and veterans of labor for their professionalism and hard work.
Recall that the republican contest “Enbek Zholy” among labor dynasties and production workers has been held by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan since 2016. Its main task is to create a positive public opinion about working people and conditions for the formation of new labor dynasties in enterprises and organizations.
