In Aktobe region, under the chairmanship of the Akim of the region Togzhanov E.L. a meeting of the regional tripartite commission on social partnership and regulation of social and labor relations was held, where issues of wage increases were considered.
It was attended by the co-chairman of the commission, the Chairman of the Trade Union Center of the Aktobe region Altynbek Amirgaliev, members of the regional tripartite commission, heads of oilfield service enterprises.
During the meeting, the heads of oilfield service enterprises of Vostok Neft and SO LLP, M-Techservice LLP, AF MNSK SINOPEC LLP, Aktobe Branch Office of Main Gas Pipelines, Intergas Central Asia JSC, as well as chairmen trade union organizations of enterprises.
In turn, the co-chairman of the commission, Altynbek Amirgaliyev, recalled the amendments made to the regional agreement, which obliges employers to annually index wages taking into account inflation, and proposed to increase wages not below the level of inflation.
In the course of meeting, topical issues of the labor sphere were discussed. Akim of the Aktobe region gave specific instructions to the heads of enterprises and responsible state bodies to increase wages for workers in the region.
