NGO “Local trade Union “Senim” workers of the healthcare system of Akmola region” and the State Institution “Health Department of Akmola region” signed a Regional agreement for 2023-2025.
This agreement is aimed at creating an effective mechanism for regulating social, labor and related economic relations; ensuring guarantees of employee rights in the field of labor, the implementation of their social protection, respect for the rights and interests of the employer.
The provision arising from this Agreement is binding on the parties and is valid until the adoption of a new document, but no later than February 2026.
