On July 24 in Aktau within the framework of the planned working visit of the Chairman of the Federation of the Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the western region, Bakytzhan Abdіrayim, held a meeting with the Akim of the Mangistau Region, Eraly Tugzhanov.
During the meeting, the participants exchanged views on strengthening social partnership in the region and social support of workers. The issues of social and labor relations in the region were discussed. “One of our goals is to improve the social orientation of our activities. For example, on organization and carrying out of health-improving measures among members of trade unions and their families, on the development of sanatorium-resort treatment, improvement of children and teenagers, tourism, rest, culture, mass physical culture and sports “,- noted Bakytzhan Abdіrayim.
The Akim of the region Eraly Tugzhanov highlighted the special role of the trade unions in the organization of social relations with the ordinary workers and employees of various enterprises: “Today the union is a socially significant organization which has a strong, good reputation among population of the region. When all labour and social rights of workers are observed, it is the guarantor of an effective work. In addition, the trade union organization ensures compliance with all these norms in each labor collective. Therefore, the work of the trade union organization should always be assessed properly. ”
Deputy Chairman of the FPRK Marat Tokzhanov, the Chairman of the branch trade union of the employees of the state, banking institutions and public services participated in the meeting with the Akim of the Mangistau region as a part of the trade union delegation Mirbolat Jakypov, the Chairman of the sectoral trade union of health care system “Senim” Saparbek Dyusenov and the Chairman of the Kazakhstan branch professional union of the oil and gas complex Sultan Kaliyev. After the meeting in the regional Akimat, the Chairman of the FPRK held a meeting with the trade union staff of the Mangistau region in the House of the Trade Unions.
